Sphingosine 1-phosphate receptor 1 (S1PR1) Antibody는 인간 S1PR1 단백질 검출을 위한 재조합 토끼 단일클론 항체입니다. 이 유전자가 인코딩하는 S1PR1 단백질은 G 단백질 결합 수용체와 구조적으로 유사하며, 내피 세포에서 높게 발현됩니다. S1PR1은 스핑고신-1-인산 리간드와 높은 친화력 및 특이성으로 결합하여 내피 세포의 분화를 조절하는 과정에 관여하며, 이 수용체의 활성화는 세포-세포 접착을 유도하는 중요한 생물학적 역할을 합니다. 본 항체는 인간(Human) 종에 특이적으로 반응하며, ELISA 및 Western Blot (WB: 1/500 - 1/5000) 실험에 사용될 수 있도록 권장됩니다. 50 µl 용량으로 제공됩니다.
