타겟 유전자 정보 — ISG15
이 유전자에 의해 인코딩되는 단백질은 인터페론-알파 및 인터페론-베타에 의해 활성화되면 세포 내 표적 단백질에 접합되는 유비퀴틴 유사 단백질입니다. 인코딩된 단백질에는 호중구에 대한 화학주성 활성, 리간드 결합된 표적 단백질을 중간 필라멘트로 유도하는 기능, 세포 간 신호 전달, 바이러스 감염 시 항바이러스 활성 등 여러 기능이 부여되었습니다. 이 단백질의 접합체는 중간 필라멘트에 비공유적으로 부착되는 것으로 밝혀졌지만, 이 단백질은 때때로 분비되기도 합니다.
