타겟 유전자 정보 — CD3D
이 유전자에 의해 인코딩되는 단백질은 T 세포 수용체/CD3 복합체(TCR/CD3 복합체)의 일부이며 T 세포 발달 및 신호 전달에 관여합니다. 인코딩된 막 단백질은 CD3 복합체의 델타 소단위를 나타내며, 다른 4개의 CD3 소단위와 함께 TCR 알파/베타 또는 TCR 감마/델타에 결합하여 T 세포 표면에 TCR/CD3 복합체를 형성합니다. 이 유전자의 결함은 중증 복합 면역결핍 상염색체 열성 T 세포 음성/B 세포 양성/NK 세포 양성(SCIDBNK)의 원인입니다. 이 유전자에 대해 다른 이소형을 인코딩하는 두 가지 전사체 변이체가 발견되었습니다. 다른 변이체도 존재할 수 있지만, 이들의 전사체의 전체 길이는 아직 정의되지 않았습니다.
