This sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the sensitive and specific quantitative detection of native MMP-9 protein in various canine biological samples using an HRP-linked colorimetric assay.

기질 금속단백질분해효소(MMP) 계열의 단백질은 배아 발달, 생식, 조직 재형성과 같은 정상적인 생리 과정뿐만 아니라 관절염, 전이와 같은 질병 과정에서 세포외 기질의 분해에 관여합니다. 대부분의 MMP는 비활성 프로단백질 형태로 분비되며, 세포외 단백질분해효소에 의해 절단될 때 활성화됩니다. 이 유전자에 의해 인코딩되는 효소는 IV형 및 V형 콜라겐을 분해합니다. 붉은털원숭이 연구에 따르면 이 효소는 IL-8 유도 조혈 전구 세포의 골수 동원에 관여하며, 쥐 연구에서는 종양 관련 조직 재형성에 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났습니다.
