Human Neutrophil Peptide 1-3 (HNP 1-3) ELISA Kit는 인체 혈청, 혈장 및 기타 생물학적 유체 내 Human Neutrophil Peptide 1-3 농도를 정량적으로 측정하기 위한 ELISA 키트입니다. 호중구(Neutrophils)는 포유류에서 가장 풍부한 과립구 및 백혈구 유형(60~70%)으로 선천 면역계의 필수적인 부분을 형성합니다. 인간 호중구 펩타이드(HNP)는 인간 동맥경화 동맥에서 발견되며, LDL 대사 및 섬유소 용해를 억제하고 Lp(a) 결합을 촉진합니다. HNP-1, HNP-2, HNP-3은 염색체 8p23.1에 위치한 DEFA1 및 DEFA3 두 유전자에 의해 암호화됩니다.
