Caspase 7(CASP7)은 세포 자멸사 실행 단계에서 CASP9 하위에서 활성화되는 실행 카스파제로, PARP 등 기질 단백질을 절단하여 세포 사멸을 유도합니다. 비활성 전구효소에서 보존된 아스파르트산 잔기의 단백질 분해로 활성화됩니다. 본 항체는 랫(Rat) 샘플에서 CASP7을 특이적으로 검출하며 세포독성 및 신경세포 사멸 연구에 활용됩니다. 루미젠코리아를 통해 구매하실 수 있습니다.
