타겟 유전자 정보 — IL27RA
쥐에서 CD4+ 보조 T 세포는 주로 IL12의 영향으로 세포 매개 면역에 중요한 Type 1(Th1) 세포로 분화합니다. 또한 IL4는 대부분의 항체 반응에 중요한 Type 2(Th2) 세포로의 분화에 영향을 미칩니다. 이러한 사이토카인, 그 수용체 또는 관련 전사 인자가 결핍된 쥐는 Th1 또는 Th2 면역 반응이 손상되지만 완전히 사라지지는 않습니다. 이 유전자는 아미노산 수준에서 쥐 T 세포 사이토카인 수용체 Tccr과 유사한 단백질을 인코딩하며, 당화된 막관통 단백질로 예측됩니다.
