This sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the sensitive and specific quantitative detection of endogenous Thrombopoietin Receptor (THPO) in mouse biological samples such as serum or tissue homogenates.

거핵구 생성은 혈소판 생산으로 이어지는 세포 발달 과정입니다. 이 유전자가 인코딩하는 주요 기능성 단백질은 거핵구 증식 및 성숙, 그리고 혈소판 생성에 필요한 체액성 성장 인자입니다. 이 단백질은 골수증식성 백혈병 바이러스 종양유전자의 산물인 MLP/C_MPL의 리간드입니다. 이 유전자의 돌연변이는 혈소판 증가증 1형의 원인입니다. 대체 프로모터 사용 및 차등 스플라이싱은 5' UTR 및/또는 코딩 영역이 다른 여러 전사체 변이체를 생성합니다. 주 개방 판독 프레임(ORF) 상류에서 여러 AUG 코돈이 확인되었으며, 이 상류 AUG는 주 ORF의 번역을 다양한 정도로 억제합니다.
