유전자 개요
TNFRSF9은 종양괴사인자 수용체 슈퍼패밀리(TNF-receptor superfamily)에 속하는 단백질을 암호화하며, T 세포(T cell)의 클론 증식·생존·발달에 기여한다. 또한 말초 단핵구(monocyte)의 증식을 유도하고, TCR/CD3 자극으로 유발된 활성화에 따른 T 세포 세포자멸사(apoptosis)를 증강시키며, CD28 공동자극(co-stimulation)을 조절해 Th1 세포 반응을 촉진한다. 이 수용체의 발현은 림프구(lymphocyte) 활성화에 의해 유도되고, TRAF 어댑터 단백질이 결합해 NF-κB 활성화로 이어지는 신호를 전달하는 것으로 알려져 있다.
