유전자 개요
SUZ12는 징크핑거(zinc finger) 유전자로, 자궁내막 기질 육종(endometrial stromal sarcoma)에서 보고된 재발성 염색체 전좌(chromosomal translocation)의 단절점에서 확인되었다. 이들 단절점의 재조합(recombination)은 SUZ12와 JAZF1의 융합을 초래한다. 이 유전자에 의해 암호화된 단백질은 코딩 영역 C 말단에 징크핑거(zinc finger) 도메인을 포함한다.
