SIGLEC10은 세포 표면에 발현되는 면역글로불린(immunoglobulin) 계열 단백질입니다. 대부분의 SIGLEC은 하나 이상의 세포질 면역 수용체 티로신 억제 모티프(ITIM)를 가집니다. B세포에서 발현되는 SIGLEC6를 제외하고, SIGLEC 계열 단백질은 주로 선천 면역계 세포에서 발현됩니다.
