유전자 개요

이 단백질 키나아제(kinase)는 세린/트레오닌 인산화를 촉매한다. 유사분열(mitosis) 동안 높은 수준으로 발현되며, 다양한 종류의 암(cancer)에서 그 수치가 증가한다. 이 단백질의 감소는 암세포의 증식을 억제하고 세포자멸사(apoptosis)를 유도하여 암 치료의 표적이 된다.
