유전자 개요
이 유전자는 티로신 단백질 키나아제(tyrosine protein kinase)를 암호화한다. 이 단백질은 비만 세포(mast cell) 탈과립 및 적혈구 분화 조절에 관여할 수 있다. 이 유전자에 대해 서로 다른 아이소폼(isoform)을 암호화하는 대체 스플라이싱 전사체 변이체(splicing transcript variant)가 발견되었다.
