GDP-만노스 4,6-디하이드라타제(GDP-mannose 4,6-dehydratase, GMD; EC 4.2.1.47)는 GDP-만노스를 GDP-4-케토-6-디옥시만노스로 전환하는 반응을 촉매한다. 이 반응은 GDP-만노스로부터 GDP-푸코스가 합성되는 첫 단계이며, NADP+를 보조 인자로 사용한다. 이 경로의 두 번째와 세 번째 단계는 GDP-케토-6-디옥시만노스 3,5-에피머라제, 4-환원효소(GDP-keto-6-deoxymannose 3,5-epimerase, 4-reductase)라는 단일 효소에 의해 촉매되며, 인간에서는 FX로 지정된다(MIM 137020).
