유전자 개요
FLT1은 혈관내피 성장인자 수용체(vascular endothelial growth factor receptor, VEGFR) 계열에 속하는 수용체 티로신 키나아제(receptor tyrosine kinase, RTK)로, 7개의 면역글로불린(immunoglobulin, Ig) 유사 도메인을 지닌 세포외 리간드(ligand) 결합 영역과 막관통 구간, 그리고 세포질 영역 내 티로신 키나아제(tyrosine kinase, TK) 도메인으로 이루어져 있다. 이 수용체는 VEGFR-A, VEGFR-B 및 태반 성장인자(placental growth factor)에 결합하여 혈관신생(angiogenesis)과 혈관형성(vasculogenesis)에 중요한 역할을 하며, 혈관내피세포와 태반 영양막세포, 말초혈액 단핵구에서 발현된다. 막관통형 전장 수용체와 짧은 가용성(soluble) 형태를 포함한 여러 아이소폼(isoform)이 존재하며, 이 중 가용성 이소형은 전자간증(pre-eclampsia)의 발병과 관련이 있다.
