The rapid test prepared by this antigen has over 90% sensitivity and specificity over 90% to show quick and strong signal for both dengue IgM and IgG. Conjugate Den epi-10 and epi 13 separately by 8 to 10ug/ml. colloid gold, then mix them by 70% epi 10 with 30% epi 13 together.
