Vascular Endothelial Growth ELISA Kit은 생체 시료 내 Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor A (VEGFA)를 분석하기 위한 24-Strip-Wells ELISA 키트입니다. 이 유전자는 PDGF/VEGF 성장 인자 계열에 속하며, 이황화 결합된 동종이량체로 존재하는 헤파린 결합 단백질을 인코딩합니다. 혈관 내피 세포의 증식과 이동을 유도하며, 생리적 및 병리적 혈관신생 모두에 필수적입니다. 이 성장 인자는 쥐를 포함한 다양한 종에서 그 기능이 중요하며, 쥐에서 기능 상실은 비정상적인 배아 혈관 형성을 초래합니다. 많은 종양에서 상향 조절되며, POEMS 증후군 환자에서 높은 수치가 발견됩니다. 이 마우스 반응성 키트는 샌드위치 효소 면역 분석법을 기반으로 하며, 원시(native) VEGFA를 검출하도록 설계되었습니다. 권장 샘플 유형으로는 희석되지 않은 체액 및/또는 조직 균질액, 분비물 등이 있습니다.
