VEGFA 유전자는 PDGF/VEGF 성장 인자 계열에 속하며, 이황화 결합된 동종이량체로 존재하는 헤파린 결합 단백질을 인코딩합니다. 이 성장 인자는 혈관 내피 세포의 증식과 이동을 유도하여 생리적 및 병리적 혈관신생 모두에 필수적입니다. 쥐에서 이 유전자의 기능 상실은 비정상적인 배아 혈관 형성을 초래했으며, 이 유전자는 많은 알려진 종양에서 상향 조절되고 그 발현은 종양 병기 및 진행과 관련이 있습니다. 또한, POEMS 증후군 환자에서 이 단백질의 높은 수치가 발견됩니다. 본 제품은 양(Sheep) 종에 특이적인 반응성을 보이며, ELISA 분석법에 최적화되었습니다. 각 키트는 96회 테스트 용량으로 제공됩니다.
